Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With a cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be claimed in accordance with EU standards. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you to take out a travel cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung (travel insurance).
Therefore we recommend:
If you have no travel cancellation insurance the following conditions apply:
for cancellations within 4 weeks prior to your arrival date we will charge 80% of the entire booked period and for cancellations within 2 weeks prior to your arrival 100% of it. In case of a late arrival or an early departure, the entire booked period will be charged. |
