For our hotel guests and for the clients of our restaurant, we attach great importance to the use of seasonal organic products originating form South Tyrol and the use of only certified meat. Moreover, our competent staff will be glad to offer you their help in choosing the right wine to go with the various dishes.
Our dining room is going to strike you not only because of the great cuisine served in but also because of the elegant atmosphere of its sweeping and bright rooms characterized by a linear architecture and large window walls. Also the details are arranged with love, such as the table decoration varying every day.
Of course, we also organise special gastronomic theme nights: enjoy Tyrolean specialities, exclusive dessert buffets, cheese degustations or welcome cocktails accompanied by delicious nibbles. Be ready for a gourmet firework which will enchant your palate! |
