Prices

We remind you that a visitor tax per person per day will be levied on all stays in accommodation establishments. This amounts to €3.40. Children under 14 years are excluded.

Deposit

We ask for a deposit to confirm your reservation. The deposit (which will not be refunded in case of cancellation) can be paid by bank transfer or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).

Trip cancellation insurance

Dear guest, occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Take precautions, avoid additional cancellation charges and close our travel cancellation insurance.

If you have no travel cancellation insurance, the following conditions apply:

For cancellations within 4 weeks prior to your arrival date we will charge 80% of the entire booked period and for cancellations within 2 weeks prior to your arrival 100% of it. In case of a late arrival or an early departure, the entire booked period will be charged.

Reduction in additional bed

Following reductions apply in the case of a 3rd or 4th person in an additional bed in a junior suite or a suite:

• 0-2 years: reduction of 80%
• 2-6 years: reduction of 70%
• 6-12 years: reduction of 50%
• 12 years and older: reduction of 20%

Surcharges

• For a stay of less than 3 days, we apply a surcharge of 10%.
• Junior suite or suite used as a single: we will charge an additional 80% calculated on the daily price.

Check-in/ Check-out

On the day of arrival you can check in from 15.00 pm. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 am.

Pets

We are sorry but we cannot accept pets at our hotel. Thank you for your understanding.
