Cancellations and unforeseen events are regrettable for everybody. In case of cancellation of beauty appointments at a time shorter than the last 24 hours, we have to charge 80% of the value of the chosen treatment and in case of non-attendance of the booked appointment we have to charge the full price of the treatment.
