Restaurant Stevia

Guests who have booked half-board in WINTER with us, embark on a special culinary journey in restaurant Stevia with a different theme each evening. The seasonal fixed menu offers Italian classics, traditional specialties, South Tyrolean dishes as well as olive oil tastings. We attach great importance to the use of seasonal, high quality, organic products from South Tyrol, both for us and our guests. In addition, our sommelier, hotel manager Alex Linder, will gladly provide professional advice on selecting the right wine to accompany the dishes.
Restaurant Stevia is not only inviting because of its gastronomy, yet also because of the first-class atmosphere in its bright rooms, with large windows and a modern design.

Restaurant Nives

Guests also have the opportunity to dine in our à la carte restaurant Nives, for both lunch and dinner. Enjoy our exquisite gourmet cuisine in the modern dining area with a direct view of Selva Gardena village square, or in the rustic Nives parlour from 1859.

The new separate Big Bottle Cellar is ideal for private events with groups of up to 12 people. Around the large table, framed by magnum bottles, you can enjoy an undisturbed and private dinner in an exclusive setting.
